Federal wildlife officials are removing the gray wolf from the U.S. Endangered Species Act list. It is a welcomed move for the nation’s livestock producers who have continued to be affected by significant depredation events.
NCBA and Public Lands Council Executive Director, Kaitlynn Glover speaks with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender how this decision will benefit farmers and ranchers, as well as conservation.
“This is good news for ranchers, for livestock producers nationwide and really for conservationists as well. Yesterday’s announcement in Minnesota was a landmark announcement that is a true conservation and recovery victory under the Endangered Species Act and one that has been hard fought,” according to Glover.
