Dean Foods had asked some dairy farmers to return money they earned from selling milk to the bankrupt company.
Now, it is telling farmers they do not have to pay the money back.
The Pennsylvania Milk Marketing Board worked with Dean Foods’ attorneys to determine farmers were paid in the ordinary course of business.
