Commodity Groups Team Up With NRCS to Establish Farmer-Led Soil Health Program

Agriculture commodity groups have teamed up with USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service to create a new farmer-led program focused on soil health. It aims to establish 30 million acres of cover crops by 2030.

NRCS Chief, Terry Cosby spoke with RFD-TV’s Suzanne Alexander about the important initiative, the steps they would like to see more of and how this helps soybean and corn farmers serve animal feed customers.
