Crawfish farmers are already seeing the effects of the drought and heat.
In Monetary Farms, the LSU Ag Center estimates the damage to Louisiana’s crawfish industry to total nearly $140 million dollars.

This Week in Louisiana Ag’s Karl Wiggers takes us to crawfish country to show us what the farmers are facing.
