4-H looks to help lonely and stressed Gen Z

Mental health concerns are not just a worry for adults but are also growing among today’s youth.

A Tufts University study found more than 53% of Gen Z reported feelings of loneliness. 52% shared that they feel as though they are failing at life goals.

The generation on the brink of adulthood is at a crossroads and 4-H says it is here to help!

The Tufts University data shows that 4-Hers are twice as likely to have goals of being a leader. Four times more likely to participate in community service. Twice as likely to make healthier choices and twice as likely to report living with intention and purpose.
