“Be mindful of good biosecurity measures": Wisconsin veterinarian following recent HPAI detection

A new case of high path avian flu was recently detected in a commercial flock in Wisconsin. The infected animals have been culled with state officials urging livestock owners to strengthen biosecurity measures.

State veterinarian, Dr. Darlene Konkle spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on how the discovery happened, how it has impacted the state, and what producers need to keep in mind when it comes to biosecurity.
