California’s new maritime mandate could have some serious ripple effects on producers and the supply chain

A new mandate could potentially limit maritime vessel operations in the state, which would have ripple effects for western and Midwestern farmers, as well as the supply chain as a whole.

Jennifer Carpenter with the American Waterways Operators spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the proposed regulations, the impact on producers, and what they are calling for.
