Community of Canning: This Extension is prepping fruits and vegetables that will last a long time!

One Tennessee county has a facility where fruit and vegetable producers and consumers can prepare their foods to keep for a while. It is a cannery that is free and open to the public, with help from the University of Tennessee Extension.

The program also will feature guest performers such as Pat Green, Stoney LaRue and Kelly Willis.
