Connecticut horse farm hits the market for a pretty price tag

As RedGate Farm hits the market, it is looking to become one of the top listings in the state.

RedGate is an equestrian farm located in Newtown, Connecticut. It resides east of Collis P. Huntington State Park and includes 60 horse stalls, an indoor riding ring, and more than 50 acres of land, with the main living quarters being 9,000 square feet.

The owners of RedGate have been in possession of the property for more than 20 years and one of the trainers on the farm is an Olympic gold medalist.

The price tag is set at $15 million dollars. The listing is being handled by Sotheby’s International Realty.
