The National Milk Producers Federation just released an online quiz, testing your knowledge on the ingredients in real dairy products. It serves as a fun introduction of the plant-based debate.
The Federation’s Alan Bjerga spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison about how the idea came about, how it works, what feedback they have received and where we currently stand on FDA’s guidance on the labeling of plant-based alternatives.
