Expert: Producers should optimize fuel efficiency in the face of consistently high diesel prices

CHS Refined Fuels’ Senior Product Manager Erin Rouge advises producers to take action to optimize their purchasing.

Fuel demand continues to keep diesel prices high as impacts from the shutdowns of 2020 linger. CHS Refined Fuels’ Senior Product Manager Erin Rouge advises producers to take action to optimize their purchasing.

Rouge also says that producers’ need to reduce emissions will become increasingly important to the industry further down the line. The good news, in her option? She says fuel efficiency will play a role in that.
