Made in USA: Fashion designers around the world rely on this Louisiana mill’s top-notch denim

There is a small town in Louisiana providing fashion designers across the globe with an essential material — and much of it is made from cotton grown right here in the USA.

Louisiana State University AgCenter Reporter Craig Gautreaux has the story from Vidalia, Louisiana, where a mill is spinning locally-produced cotton into premium denim fabric supplied to fashion designers around the world.

The Mill currently employs 79 workers, but hope to see that number grow to between 300 and 350 as they carry out expansion plans in the future.
