Florida farmers and ranchers have been hit with their second major hurricane in three weeks, as Milton made landfall as a Category 3 Hurricane last night. Many are now left looking for assistance as they make the transition from recovery to rebuilding.
USDA Undersecretary, Robert Bonnie spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on the impact so far, rebuilding progress, and reopening county offices.
