After months of operating under an extension of the 2018 Farm Bill, the text for the new legislation is now emerging for the first time, with both chairs of the Ag Committees unveiling outlines of their proposals.
Mike Stranz with the National Farmers Union spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on highlights from the House legislation, the Senate’s details, and if it will be passed in a timely manner.
