With harvest season just over the hill, growers are preparing for some record yields, but a lot of hard work went into this year’s crops.
The heat was another big factor this year. For producers in Alabama, it caused some issues for soybean crops. One grower eventually had to throw in the towel and prepare for losses.
In Iowa, Kelly Garrett is optimistic, saying this year’s crops have more potential than ever before. He says this season has been great and is looking forward to trying new methods again next year.
