USDA’s Crop Progress Report shows that the corn harvest moved 10 points ahead over the last week, reaching 91 percent completion, which is 16 points ahead of the five-year average.
94 percent of soybeans are in the bin, nine points ahead of the trend.
On the winter wheat side, 87 percent of the crop is in the ground, and 66 have already emerged.
