Iowa farming operation is challenging the constitutionality of the Swampbuster Program

Several major court developments have recently occurred concerning the Swampbuster Program. Depending on the future of the current litigation, there could potentially be long-term implications for farm operations.

Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on if the Supreme Court will hear the case, if it is constitutional, and what the future holds for it.
