JBS and Pilgrim’s Pride says that they will give their employees $100 dollars as an incentive to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
According to an internal survey, 60-90 percent of employees said they were willing to be vaccinated.
Food and ag workers are scheduled to receive the treatment, after healthcare workers and the elderly. The companies are working with healthcare providers and departments for the best way to administer the vaccine at each plant location.
