Meet agronomist and FarmHer Jenny Mennenga of LeRoy, Illinois. Jenny grew up in Iowa on a small farm and attended college at Iowa State University. After graduation, she moved to Illinois and began working for Syngenta. She and her husband, Eric, worked off-the-farm job as they slowly built their own operation - renting and buying land and expanding the farm and their family. While making the crop growing and management decisions, Jenny also runs a Syngenta seed dealership and is in charge of their small (but growing) cow/calf herd.
