Serves 4 people
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Peel the avocados, cut in half, pit, and mash the avocado meat well. Pour a little of the vinegar over the avocados to keep them from turning brown. Mix together with the other ingredients, stirring after each addition.
Serve over a mixed green salad. If it does not pour easily enough, add more mayonnaise.
