Michigan FFA student takes up beekeeping for SAE project

Nathan Lawrence is an 11th grader at Breckenridge High School in Michigan, where he participates in FFA. Let’s hear the buzz about his sweet SAE!

With five hives to manage, an FFA student works hard to protect his bees and harvest their honey at the end of the season. It’s all part of his Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) project.

His favorite part? Nathan says it’s spending time with the bees and learning from their fascinating world!
