A strong ag presence has been felt in DC this week, with many ag leaders in attendance to celebrate ag on the National Mall!
The National Corn Growers Association was there visiting with lawmakers and even hosting a Women In Ag Celebration!
Representative Angie Craig of Minnesota shared a photo on X captioning it:
“Great to join the National Corn Growers Association for their Women In Agriculture Celebration this evening to recognize the essential role women play in American agriculture— working as farmers, producers, business owners, and more.”
NCGA is also set to host a Women and Mentors Program this summer, inviting women in the industry to grow their leadership skills and get more involved in associations at the state and national level.
It will be taking place June 27th and 28th in St. Louis, Missouri.
