The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association is renewing its call for the suspension of beef imports from Brazil.
It comes in an effort to ensure the safety of the U.S. cattle herd, following an increase in Brazilian beef imports.
The Association’s Government Affairs Vice President, Ethan Lane, spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison about why they are calling for the suspension, the risk it poses for the U.S. cattle herd, the type of uptick there has been in Brazilian beef imports and if they have had any feedback from their request.
