Ag groups are applauding a federal injunction to stop the Biden administration’s Waters of the U.S. rule in 24 states.
Combined with a previous ruling in Texas, 26 states are now protected from the rule.
Mary-Thomas Hart with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on what this injunction means for ag, the certainty it brings to producers, and the organization’s next steps.
