The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) scored a big win last week as an appeals court reversed Colorado’s injunction of the Navigable Waters Protection Rule (NWPR). The judges said Colorado failed to show “irreparable injury.” As a result, the Trump-era rule is now enforced in all 50 states.
