The property includes six historic barns, seven homes, and has water rights on the Scott River.
The Newton family is the most recent owners of the ranch. They purchased it in 1961 and ran cattle.
In a statement, Albert Newton III stated, “Over the years, the ranch has hosted everyone from dignitaries and politicians to our kids’ college friends.”
