An RFD-TV fan favorite is celebrating her 15th year with the network.
Penny Gilley started at the RFD-TV theatre in September 2007, which led to her own television show, bringing Texas honky-tonk and Western swing music to viewers across the country. She has been dubbed the “Sweetheart of Country Music” and you can watch her every Friday night on RFD-TV.
She took the time to come by the Roy Rogers studio in honor of this milestone. She spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison about her background with the network, her favorite part of doing her show, her history of entertaining troops for 14 years, and what is in store for next.
