According to Reuters, the president of the country says local trials have shown promising results with sufficient antibodies but further testing is still needed.
African Swine Fever is a major concern in the Philippines with millions of animals culled since the first outbreak four years ago. Right now, 66 of the country’s 81 provinces have had an outbreak, with cases active in 13 of them just last month.
