The farm sector hoped this planting season would include reform to agriculture’s labor system and many are frustrated as Congress tackles the Ag Worker Modernization Act. Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack says that if there is political courage to get it passed, it will give greater stability to the workforce and farmers.
