The plant-based protein market is estimated to be worth 40-billion-dollars by 2025.
That’s according to a research study by Markets And Markets. The report says the sector is driven by increasing demand for healthy food products and plant-based meat because of the increase in obesity levels, mainly due to the consumption of fast food and packaged food.
