U.S. planting progress is finally making headway as farmers were able to fit the field last week. 72 percent of corn is now in the ground, about seven points below the five-year average, and half the soybean crop is planted, five points below the average.
Lewis Williamson with HTS Commodities spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the latest crop progress report, spring wheat planting, and what to expect moving forward.
