Producers need to keep these potential legal issues in mind when it comes to digital contracts

Digital contracts are becoming more common for farmers and ranchers today. While it brings more convenience to many agreements in agriculture, it has also opened the door to some unique legal issues that might arise.

Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the basics when it comes to digital contracts, requirements, and potential legal issues.
