The U.S. Wheat Associates is promoting American wheat world wide.
Some of the ways the group is doing so is trade and technical service to flour mills in South Korea. The associates are also optimizing hard red winter wheat performance in Colombia through donations and technical milling support. The regional office in Singapore planned and conducted milling workshops and technical service visits. A sample of U.S. hard white wheat was also donated to South Africa.
