The ag sector continues working to understand better and prevent the spread of High Path Avian Flu, which has been detected in dairy cattle herds in 13 states.
Researchers at Iowa State University, among many others, have been studying the virus.
Assistant Professor Dr. Rahul Nelli joined RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender to discuss their findings on why dairy cattle are getting infected, any insight into why it is happening now, and if he sees the findings helping to form policies for testing and biosecurity measures.
