Responding to WOTUS: This action may end up in the courts, once again leaving growers confused

Ag groups continue responding to the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) new Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule, many are underscoring the common concern over the agency’s jurisdictional authority.

Steve Hensley with the National Cotton Council spoke with RFD-TV News about what revisions were made, their thoughts on the move, and where we go from here.
