Return of the Sheep: flocks to return to MT for weed control

Sheep are helping out with weed control again in Montana.

The conservation lands manager says that this is by far the largest grazing project the Missoula area has seen, with more than 800 head. In the past, it has maybe been 200 sheep on the land.

With the much bigger flock, dogs which are used to help keep herds safe, are prohibited from the North Hills and Mount Jumbo areas.
