A federal court halts the last-minute biofuel waiver granted by the Trump EPA. The move comes following an emergency motion filed by the Renewable Fuels Association asking to stop the refiner petitions from going into effect.

“The next steps are, you know we have a new EPA, new administration... it’s our intent to get in touch with those folks immediately and do what we can to make them understand just how devastating these refinery waivers have been to the ethanol industry and the corn growers... and reverse the damages that have already been done,” Cooper states.
