Raleigh, NC’s L&M Companies has worked closely with the Feeding America organization for years to make sure excess product it has gets to needy people who can use it. The company actually sets aside part of its crop every year for donations — feeding the needy is refreshingly part of the corporate mantra. We caught up with L&M’s Adam Lytch at the company’s broccoli farms in Palatka, FL on Feeding America pickup day.
