Shane Proctor Wins PBR 15/15 Bucking Battle

NASHVILLE, Tenn (RFD-TV) The Professional Bull Riders (PBR) recently made a stop in Tacoma, Washington for the first time since 2014. Washington cowboy Shane Proctor claimed the championship title, and became the first to conquer “Pearl Harbor” this season for an outstanding 93.5 points.
