A delegation of South Dakota lawmakers and business leaders went to Mexico for a trade mission this year.
State Ag Secretary Hunter Roberts said that the country is South Dakota’s second-largest trade partner.
He highlighted transportation issues currently taking place at the U.S./Mexico border and that ethanol holds export potential.
