Traders are eager to get today’s WASDE numbers, and most are expecting to see a bump in soybean estimates for the 2024-2025 crop year.
A poll among traders shows they are bracing for higher outputs and lower exports, which could lead to higher ending stocks for both new and old soybean crops, and a 28 million bushel increase in outputs is possible.
Crop ratings have also been good lately, adding to speculation that yields will be strong, but only around 60 percent of the soybean crop has set pods, so those numbers are likely to change.
