Spud-tastic! Potato exports hit value and volume records

U.S. potato exports have hit new records for both value and volume. The crop has grown more than 19 percent, reaching $2.2 billion dollars in exports.

Kim Breshears with Potatoes USA spoke with RFD-TV on the increase, main export destinations, contributing factors, and what to expect moving forward.
