USDA Monitoring Aftermath of Tyson Fire

The USDA will monitor the aftermath of a fire that burned the Tyson Foods beef packing plant in Holcomb, Kansas. The USDA under Secretary Greg Ibach says the agency is prepared to provide more grading & auditing staff at other processing locations, as the industry works to meet demand.
