Nine people were cited in East Baton Rouge Parish, seven in West Feliciana, six in Sabine and five in St. James Parish. People also were cited in East Feliciana, Caddo, Bossier, Terrebonne, Pointe Coupee, Vermilion, Morehouse, Madison, St. Martin, East Carroll, Richland and Rapides parishes.
