ABC 13 reports a Texas family is begging for the safe return of their horses after they were stolen from a stable.
Diana Gurrero tells ABC 13 that they were more than just horses, they were a part of their family.
“They’re more than pets,” Guerrero said. “They’ve taken four members of our family.”
Thursday morning the owner of the stable called her saying that her horses were gone. When Gurrero arrived, she found that a large chunk of the chain link fence had been cut.
“The mare had just had her foal eights months ago. We didn’t want to separate them. Now I don’t know where they are.”
A pinto was also taken from the stable that belonged to her husband.
The family is offering a reward for the safe return of their horses with “no questions asked.” They said all they care about is getting their family back.
