Midwestern producers continue tallying the damage from a powerful storm that wrecked farmland last week. A disaster declaration has been declared in Iowa, as farmers work to recover.
COUNTRY Financial crop operations manager, Brad Clow speaks with RFD-TV on the impact of the storm’s damage and the financial impact on farmers. Clow states, “What we are able to do is we’ve been engaging our drone program. So, we are getting our drones up in the air to help these farmers to be able to identify, with a bird’s eye view, exactly where this damage is at and that they actually have it. There are some farmers that might not be able to see damage into their field...”
