A new dicamba label is in the pipeline at the Environmental Protection Agency and National Cotton Council says that we can expect something by the end of the month.
“We’re continuing our work with the Environmental Protection Agency as they are developing a new, updated label for dicamba herbicide for over the top use during the growing season on both cotton and soybeans,” the NCC’s Reece Langley said. “We’re tracking this very closely... We think here in the next two to three weeks we should see that coming out of the EPA.”
Langley added that both sides are making sure the label will be able to be used for years to come.
