A Christmas miracle!
Tonight, two planets will come together for the first time since the Middle Ages. Jupiter and Saturn will line up to form what is being called “the Christmas Star.”
If you want to catch a glimpse of this celestial event, go out, right after sunset, and look to the southwest.
You will see Jupiter as a bright object and to the left, you will see Saturn.
The next time this happens will be 2080, making it a once in a lifetime event for most adults.
The last time this happened, Galileo probably observed it himself.
Make sure you send us your pictures of you and your family viewing the “Christmas Star” by emailing [email protected] or tag us on social media. We might air them during MDR!
