We are learning more about a racial discrimination lawsuit filed against USDA.
The Washington Times reports that Texas Ag Commissioner Sid Miller filed the suit yesterday, which names Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack. It centers around the $2 trillion dollar pandemic relief package which set aside debt relief for black farmers.
The lawsuit claims it is illegal to favor financial aid based on skin color. The lawsuit was filed by a legal group founded by former Trump Advisor Stephen Miller.
