Serves 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of chili powder
- 1/2 cup of plain flour
- 1 teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of hickory-smoked salt
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
Put the dry ingredients in a heavy paper bag, and shake to mix. Add crab bodies one at a time and shake.
Fry crabs in deep, hot fat (about 160 to 365 degrees) until done.
